# Sync - Session Bootstrap

Read yourself into this project. Fast, direct file reads - no caching overhead.

## Execution

### Step 1: Parallel Reads

Read these files simultaneously (skip any that don't exist):

| `docs/PLAN.md` | Current plan (first 50 lines) |
