Configurator/dz60 support for info.json (#2568)

* Add info.json file for qmk_configurator

Unfortunately none of these keymaps look like a board I've seen in
the wild. Some further tweaks will have to be done to the keymaps
directly.

* add comment indicating need to edit info.json when keymap changes
