Execute custom scripts before/after Claude Code tool invocations.

Hook Script Requirements

Security Checklist

Quote all variables: "$VAR" not $VAR
Validate paths (no .. traversal)
Use $CLAUDE_PROJECT_DIR for paths
Set reasonable timeouts
Handle jq parsing errors
